6. Orders, shipping, and refunds
Orders placed before 4pm local time are typically dispatched the same business day. Tracked shipping is provided. If an order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact support for reshipment or a full refund. Buyers are responsible for compliance with local import laws.
